Casa Morazan is full of rich and magnificent history. Builtin the 1930s, Casa Morazan is full of art deco pieces that will transport you to a bygone era. Casa Morazan began as the residence of John M. Keith who commisioned famed Costa Rican architect Teodorico Quiros to design and build the house. For generations, the Keith family has been an intricate part of Costa Rican history. It was the cousin of John Keith, Minor Cooper Keith a banana baron, who was responsible for building the Atlantic Railroad which opened the ports of the Atlantic Coast to the inland areas of Costa Rica
