A recently restored stone barn amongst the rolling hills of undiscovered southern Tuscany offers two charming cottages in a tended garden with spectacular views down the Albegna valley to the coast and up the valley to Monte Labbro.

The picturesque village of Roccalbegna is a ten minute drive away, the hot springs of Saturnia are 20 minutes away. It's an hours drive down to the coastal resorts of Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto. The Etruscan remains of Sovana and Pitigliano are 30 minutes away. The area boasts numerous nature reserves and is good for walking.
