TRANSPORTATION
Glamour DMC provides transportation via any medium whether in private coaches, Yutong luxury coaches, Toyota, Hino coaches, Coaster and Hiace luxury buses, luxury cars such as BMW, X5, SUV’s, four wheel drives, luxury and luggage Trucks, Limousines, vintage cars and helicopters. Our luxury transfer services also extend to the wider Caribbean. Glamour leaves nothing to chance. Therefore, we adhere to a strict maintenance program for all of our vehicles. In addition, all chauffeurs undergo rigorous interviews, background checks, training and safety tests. Anywhere you want to go, Glamour will take you there in comfort and style.

CONCIERGE

Glamour Destination Management Concierge was created in response to the desires and needs of our venerated clients who want all the creases eliminated before they arrive at their destination. As your complete destination management resource, Glamour DMC takes care of every detail of your trip ensuring an organized, stress-free experience. Our dedicated professionals provide complete support before, during and after your trip. We utilize our exceptional network of contacts in the Caribbean to get the most for our clients. We ensure that all reservations are made, guests get to their functions on time and everything falls within their budgets and goals. More specifically, concierge includes:

•Hospitality Services- Our Hospitality services at Glamour DMC aims to enhance the growth and advancement of our clients and partners. These services range from Regional travel and personal assistants, Airport meet and greet with welcome kit, Airport porterage and baggage handling, Hotel reservations, Escorted/guided tours, Restaurant recommendations and reservations among other things. At Glamour DMC, we pride ourselves in creating and facilitating personalized itineraries. Your itinerary will be custom tailored to be the perfect fit for you to fulfill your unique Caribbean dreams. Everything will be based on your interest, time frame, accommodation preferences and budget. Itineraries can be designed for anyone and any size group for which ever interest you have. •Activities Offered Include- Glamour DMC offers a wide range of activities including : Sports/Water sports, Boat charters, Shopping excursions, Beach parties, Behind-the-scenes facility tours, Historical tours, Treasure hunts, Golf tee times, Adventure tours, Spa getaways, Destination orientation, and Season tickets.

•Receptive Services- the Receptive services of Glamour DMC incorporates three main areas namely:

o Cruise Concierge- Cruise Concierge services are provided in our various Caribbean Ports. Jamaica boasts three piers, namely: Ocho Rios Pier, Falmouth Pier and Montego Bay Pier. We provide Meet and Greet services, and escort passengers to a pre-arranged mode of transportation. Passengers are then escorted on a variety of scheduled activities, which can include scenic tours, beach events, spa visits or shopping trips. Also, with our customized luxury shore excursions, passenger will leave with a taste of our beautiful island.

o Hotel Contracting Assistance- Glamour DMC assists our travel partners actively with propositions and follows up with contracts. We also contract on behalf of small tour operators and travel agents. Language specialists, translators- conversational or document are available as needed.

o Flight Concierge- Whether you fly by commercial airline or private jet, Glamour DMC will assist in flight confirmation, off-site check –in, securing seat assignments and preferences and any other special requests.

o Tour Operator Services- The Glamour experts are always ready and available to assist your group during travel with hotel reservations, meet and greet services, baggage handling, airport transfers, hotel orientations, reconfirm or rebook flights and arrange pick-up times at both airports and hotels. We can also offer a variety of exciting tours to sell to your customers.

Knowing a destination well enough, knowing the possibilities of a destination, and having the work force to make sure everything goes smoothly in the destination can also be a challenge. •Meetings- The expertise of Glamour DMC lies in creating memorable and successful destination meetings. Our groups department posses years of experience and knows the ins and outs of arranging and facilitating off-site meetings. With the latest addition of the Montego Bay convention center which has the capacity to support groups of up to 6,000 theatre style, and microphone interpreters' booth equipped to accommodate over 200 different languages, there is no limit to what our team can do.

•Incentives- Glamour DMC’s reputation for creativity, attention to details and relationships with the finest vendors in the destinations, ensure that whatever the incentive travel program you choose, the results will be outstanding, enjoyable and productive. Glamour understands the unique challenge of incentive planners offering unique getaways as reward for exceptional service. It is for this reason that we do not recommend “off the shelf” ideas for incentive trips; rather, we will work with you to identify what will make your people feel truly motivated and rewarded.

•Special Interest Groups- At Glamour, we pride ourselves on our ability to determine the best program for your needs. Our travel specialists are experienced in organizing trips for family reunions, graduations and birthday celebrations, anniversaries, retirement and any other gathering you have in mind. •Site Selection Services- To any successful event, the venue is always an important factor to consider. The Glamour DMC Team will research available hotels based on your needs, verify availability of guest rooms & event space, negotiate the best rate, coordinate venue sales kits and/or videos sent to you, arrange a site inspection, negotiate the best possible hotel contract on your behalf, be available for consultation, further enhance your group by planning group excursions, or events, and assign a certified events planner to all confirmed events.

Glamour DMC has been making couples’ romantic dreams come true for years, organizing memorable engagements, weddings, honeymoons and renewals in both traditional and modern styles. •Destination Weddings- Envision a place you've always dreamed of for your perfect wedding where the ambiance is a blend of the splendor in natural surroundings and romantic ambiances that satisfies every bride’s idea of a true Jamaican experience. Glamour’s dedicated Wedding Department is skilled in creating unforgettable destination weddings. With exquisite venues such as the Cinnamon Hill Great House, Rose Hall Great House, and the 18thcentury Aqueduct, Glamour DMC will handle all the planning from booking the venue and accommodations, contracting DJ/band, photographer and videographer, catering, arranging entertainment, airport meet and greet for guests, contracting ceremony official, contracting floral arrangements, room reservations to transportation.

•Cruise Weddings- Glamour’s professional planners can take care of every aspect of your on-shore wedding. We will pick you and your guests up from your ship and transfer everyone to your wedding location.

For the more adventurous, we offer weddings on a catamaran, next to the majestic Dunn’s River Falls, or perhaps in the Coyaba River Garden. Whatever venue you choose, Glamour DMC can arrange for a truly beautiful ceremony. All our wedding planners are certified by June Wedding Inc.
