Hatteras Watersports is a friendly, family-owned watersports rental business located in Salvo on Hatteras Island. Our beautiful waterfront location on the Pamlico Sound is a great place to hang out and enjoy jet skiing, kayaking or sailing. Feel the excitement of jet skiing across the warm, shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound on one of our state of the art 110 Horsepower Yamaha Waverunners. Adventure out in the open waters of the Pamlico sound and explore Cape Hatteras National Seashore on one of our Hobie Cat Catamaran Sailboats.

Hit The ocean and challenge the surf on one of our Ocean kayaks. Paddle through the Salvo marshes or Take an excursion to Pea Island wildlife area and explore the shoreline, creeks and experience the abundant wildlife of the region on one our recreational sit in or sit on top Kayaks.

Between your adventures on the water, Hatteras Watersports is a great place to hang out, with a large lawn, sound beach, volleyball court, picnic area and restroom with hot showers. Our location is also home to a little history; the house is actually the former Pea Island Life Saving Station.
