Slovenia is bordered by Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia and as a result has a rich culture combined with incredibly diverse scenery. For a country roughly the size of Wales it boasts snow-capped mountains, glacial lakes, pristine rivers, a Mediterranean coast, acclaimed wine regions and a vast underground cave network.
