1.- There is a natural risk associated with all adventure sports. Our guides are experienced and prepared. Following their instructions is fundamental to ensure your safety.

2.- Participants must disclose pertinent information to the company such as pregnancies, paralysis or cardiovascular disorders before contracting any activity and they must promise not to consume alcohol, drugs or any medication that might limit their physical capacity.

3.- In order to participate in aquatic activities once must know how to swim.

4.- The release form specifies the conditions and age minimums required to participate in each activity. The participation of minors is subject to the written consent of a parent or guardian.

5.- Rates are per person and include services offered by Mira Que Mar S.L. Tax is included. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the contracting of third-party services such as lodging or transportation will be paid for by the client. In some cases, in order to facilitate said services, they may be managed by Mira Que Mar S.L

6.- In all our activities, equipment is provided.

7.- Mira Que Mar S.L has contracted a Civil Responsibility Policy which includes the insurance coverage required by law.
