Madagascar is one of the 4 largest islands in the world, and in 7 countries with a wealth of exceptional ecological qualified. It is not surprising that ecotourism is one of the first assets of this island-continent which, at the Conference of the International Union for Conservation of Nature in August 2004 in Durban, has proposed to increase by 3 the size of its areas to be preserved.
