Our mission statement is to provide our customers with a truly memorable experience using the best Zanzibar has to offer...beautiful beaches, crystal clear sea, Swahili tradition, warm hospitality and good fresh food.

Safari blue is owned and personally managed by Eleanor Griplas together with her staff of, give or take, 90 Zanzibaris. Eleanor believes in creating worthwhile, sustainable employment and training. Many of the Safari Blue team from Fumba village have worked with her since the late nineties and were previously subsistence fishermen.
