The sophisticated ski resort of Ortisei in the Val Gardena lies at the foot of the world famous Seiser Alp, the largest high mountain pasture in Europe and surrounded by the wonderful mountain scenery of the Schlern and Puez Geisler national parks. This attractive winter sports resort at 1,236 m above sea level offers 500 km of slopes and is linked to the Dolomiti Superski carousel, which is Europe’s largest, with 450 lifts and 1200 km of slopes.
