In 2010 we brought over 400 guests from 13 different countries to Puglia and showed them amazing adventures on bikes, hikes, and in the amazing kitchens of Italy’s finest local cooks. In 2011 we have expanded to create our Authentic Puglia (hyperlink) program which leads guests on a week-long adventure that mirrors the real life of our team members in the region whether it is cooking with our chef, cycling with our bike manager, or walking with Puglia’s most knowledgeable guide this program has something for everyone. We have increased our staff, our visibility, and our scope. Our brand new cooking school at Masseria Gelso Bianco opens in May and it will blow you away!

• Self Guided Cycling | 5-14 day self guided cycling programs with detailed route notes, bikes, hotels and luggage transfers.

• Guided Walking | Led by Puglia’s most knowledgeable walking guide, we build programs to suit all needs for groups of 6-30. 



• Food and Wine Programs | For groups of 6-20 we custom build programs ranging from chef inspired excursions to full scale winery immersion itineraries. 



• One – Three Day Shore Excursions | These can be sold as parts of cruise programs or as regional add-ons to your other programs
