I’m Jordan Bower, a Canadian travel photographer and online street performer.

On September 3, 2010, I’ve began walking south from Port Angeles, WA, at the northwestern tip of the continental USA. Im doing it mostly because I like to talk to people. Each day, I approach random strangers to start meandering conversations and share ideas. My only goal is to create synergistic relationships with the people around me: to give and to receive.

I think that technology encourages us to use language that is cold and impersonal, and I’m experimenting with how to use it to tell a different type of story. I’m inspired by troubadours, minstrels, griots, prophets and sadhus. Why? I’m a lovewallah.
