To provide an effective and efficient customer sales role and to ensure that every sales opportunity is maximised whilst maintaining consistently high levels of customer service and deliverance. The chosen candidate will be working as part of our ‘Extreme Team’ at our offices in central Brighton.
Main Duties
To do what it takes to stimulate client loyalty and ensure consistent high levels of customer service.
To sell products over the telephone to direct customers
To ensure sales and profit targets are consistently achieved and exceeded
To ensure that all customer enquiries are answered effectively to conversion
To respond professionally including all emails, ensuring enquiries are answered fully and accurately
Provide the a first class experience to all of our customers
Actively seek referrals, recommendations and business opportunities
To accurately plan and execute itineraries
To carry out administrative tasks as necessary
Qualifications Preferred
Higher level education (A-Level or Degree)
English as a first language
2nd language an advantage
Experience Preferred
Frontline telesales experience – essential
Experience in maximising sales through incentives – essential
Extreme sports interest and / or experience
Travelled to other parts of the world
Aptitude/Skills:
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Excellent Sales and Conversion Skills
Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a good team player
Computer literate and good understanding of IT systems/networks
Able to focus clearly on objectives and targets
Able to portray a professional and positive attitude
Can demonstrate flexibility and reliability
Enthusiastic and self motivated
Able to work shifts
Able to build relationships with suppliers colleagues and customers
