This ancient walled town of western Morocco is set to become one of its premier adventure tourism destinations. The town is situated on a huge curved bay with a medieval Medina at its northern end and the crumbling 'castles in the sand' - it's said these inspired Jimi Hendrix to write a song of the same name - at its southern tip.
