Beautiful beach house in Taiba, one of the best kite spot in the world (70 kms from Fortaleza)

Perfect place for kitesurf, surf or windsurfing in one of the best spots of North Brazil. Taiba is located 60 kms west from Fortaleza (capital of Ceara) on the North Coast of Brazil. It is well known as one of the best kitesurfing, windsurfing and surfing spots in the world, with sun and winds almost every day, a 28°C water all year long, and hundreds of kms of beaches that run from Natal to Jericoaracoara, includind Cumbuco, Paracuru, Prea...You may kite downwind along the coast followed by a Buggy on the beach, or enjoy flat water on the numerous lagoons in the area, also perfect for beginners (kite schools). The region provides many other activities as jet skiing or water skiing on lagoons, driving buggies or 4X4 on the beach or dunes within the natural reserves, scuba-diving, fishing with local fishermen, horse-riding on the beach, trekking. You may also experience the night life in Fortaleza, go on a trip to Jericoacoara, enjoy the sea-food and south american meat, or simply rest going back and forth between the swimming pool and the beach. You may also stay there for a while after visiting other regions of the country, before going back to work...

The house is right on the beach, on a private land of 6000 sqm with swimming pool and coconut trees. The house is 300 sqm with 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has been completely renewed and is very nicely decorated, with 2 meters beds in three of the rooms, and twin beds in the other two (that can be joined into one queen size bed) . The house is very well equipped with TV, DVD and stereo, and everything you need in the kitchen. Besides, the house keepers that live in a separate house on the property will help you organize your life in the house. Prices range from 1.900 to 2.500 euros per week and include cleaning of the house and breakfast. We may also provide a full-time cook so you can enjoy your stay without taking care of anything, and organize your transfer from the Fortaleza national airport, car rentals (4X4 or Buggy) as well as your activities in the area.
