Nassau, the capital city of The Bahamas, is centrally located on the island of New Providence. It is attached Paradise Island by bridge and only a stones through away from the other Bahamas Family Islands which offer a distinct blend of island culture and tropical ease, giving kiteboarders/kitesurfers and travelers alike freedom to do everything or nothing at all. The 700 islands of The Bahama offer everything from shallow flats, perfect beginner spots, to great wind and surf for the advanced rider. Cross-Shore Bahamas has qualified IKO instructors ready to help you take full advantage of all The Bahamas has to offer.

The wind direction in winter is East North East average wind speeds 15 to 20 kts and in summer East South East with average wind speeds of 15kts

Our most popular teaching and riding area has we shallow, warm, clean and clear water. The beach is uncrowded and quiet. New Providence (Nassau) is only 21 miles by 7miles so it is easy to find wind regardless of wind direction - it only takes about an 1 hr to drive around the whole island !

Directions	Once you get to your hotel from the airport check in with us, and give us your room number and we will take care of the rest. you will just need to bring sunscreen and a towel we will take care of everything else. We have a pick up service to take you to and from the hotel to the riding spot for the day. Drinks and snack are included as well as a kite caddy service for intermediate and advanced riders.
