Getting There
There is a small airport situated just outside Saldanha Bay, which is approximately 20 minutes drive from Langebaan.
Car: To leave Cape Town, find your way to the R27 (West Coast Road). Relax on an easy drive as you continue along the R27 for approximately 100km. You will pass the Yzerfontein and Darling intersection and eventually see a signpost for the West Coast National Park. Continue for a further 15 minutes until you see the West Coast 1-Stop (Engen Petrol Station) and the signs for the town of Langebaan. At this intersection you must turn left off the R27. Continue for 10km when you will enter the town (in Oostewal Road). The Tourist Information Bureau can be found off Oostewal Road, in Breë Street.
