Definitions

Operator - A provider of holidays, courses, experiences or accommodation on ASH

Customer - A person using ASH to help book a holiday, course, experience or accommodation through an Operator

Booking - The purchase and payment in full of a holiday, course, experience or accommodation through an Operator on ASH

Free £10 cash back offer terms: 

The £10 cash back is for Bookings made with an Operator on ASH after enquiring through ASH with that Operator. All Bookings will be verified with the Operator and in the case of the Operator denying that the Booking has occurred money will not be paid unless the Customer can provide proof of the purchase. If an Operator is not part of the £10 cash back scheme you will not be eligible to receive the payment. Operators in the scheme are marked with a cash back symbol.

Payment of the £10 will be made on the date of departure for the holiday and will be made via Pay Pal to an email address specified by the Customer. Please ensure you provide the correct e-mail address as ASH will not accept responsibility for incorrect information. Pay Pal payments need to be claimed within 60 days. 

If you do not have an existing Pay Pal account you will receive an email from Pay Pal (please remember to check your spam folder) letting you know that you have a payment waiting and prompting you to set up an account. Setting up a Pay Pal account is quick and easy, but ASH accepts no responsibility for the correct use and set up of your Pay Pal account. 

Currency conversions, where applicable, will be made using the Bank of England exchange rate at the time of processing and is non-negotiable. Any conversion fees will come out of the £10 and the payment can not be re-issued or revalued.
